This petition is filed to extend the grant of succession certificate to the 1st petitioner in O.P.No.592 of 2019.

2. This Court is of the view that such extension cannot be granted. If at all the petitioners want to correct the inadvertence mistake, the proper way is to file an application under Section 152 C.P.C. and not by way of this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty file an application under Section 152 C.P.C.
