A.No.4235 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 138 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement of the proceedings against the plaintiff in T.O.S.No.27 of 1995 2.A.No.4236 of 2022 has been filed to setaside the abatement of the proceedings against the Plaintiff in T.O.S.No.27 of 1995.

3.A.No.4237 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the first plaintiff viz. 2 to 4 in T.O.S.No.27 of 1995.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these applications stand allowed.

5.The petitioner is now required to carry out necessary amendment.
