This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15076 of 2023, dated 13.07.2023, to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. every day until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
