O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition, to deposit a sum of Rs.13,000,00/- which were imposed by the Hon'ble Principal Sessions Court at Tiruppur by an order dated 28.10.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.1837 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting bail to the petitioner, the trial Court imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., and sign for 30 days thereafter, he should appear before the Court concerned on receipt of summon and also the petitioner shall make deposit of Rs.13,00,000/- in the deposit of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Avinashi subject to the result of the case on trial. However, the petitioner have not raise the bundles due to covid pandemic. Hence, the modification petition has been filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, reason is justifiable, hence, this Court modifies the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Avinashi within a period of two weeks and to withdraw the amount. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact. 5.With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
