Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.4101/2015/A2 dated 15.04.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and earlier order in Memo No.Y3/45358/2011 dated 28.01.2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same; consequently direct the respondents to give compassionate appointment to the petitioner without reference to the reason of her marriage at the time of application, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
