ORDER

This revision is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2022 in O.S.No.294 of 2022, within a time fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision even without issuing notice to the respondents.

3. The first respondent herein filed a suit for injunction and pending suit, he filed an interim injunction petition in I.A.No.3 of 2022 and an exparte order of injunction was granted on 25.07.2022.

4. The perusal of the docket order filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the petitioner herein entered appearance on 23.08.2022 and he filed his counter on 01.09.2022. However, the second respondent in I.A.No.3 of 2022 was set exparte on 01.09.2022. 2/4

5. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of I.No.3 of 2022 in O.S.No.294 of 2022 within a period of six weeks months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
