This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as the petitioner shall appear before the Town Police Station, Chengalpattu instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police Station, Thiruvannamalai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the "the petitioner shall appear before the Town Police Station, Chengalpattu for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".
