ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.339 of 2011 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose the civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The perusal of the e-court entry furnished in the typed-set of papers would suggest that the service of summons on the respondents/defendants was completed as early as March-2020 and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time, without any progress. From the e-court entry dated 11.08.2022, it is clear that the matter was adjourned for filing of written statement of D4 and D5 finally.

4. In view of the fact that there is no substantial progress from March2/4

2020, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.339 of 2011, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
