This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 416 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment dated 14.03.2024 passed in Special Sessions Case No.65 of 2022 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 416 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
