O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to consider the representation dated 04.08.2019 and give a suitable reply as soon as possible.

Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondent.

3.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent has filed a memo dated 19.08.2019 which reads as follows:

"1.

It is submitted that the Petitioner was the successful bidder in the tender that was conducted on 27.05.2019 for the period of 01.07.2019 to 30.06.2020 and he was allotted item No.1 in the Tender form and he was granted the permission to sell Pooja Articles.

2.

It is submitted that the Petitioner had made a representation to the Executive Officer on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.06.2019, 17.07.2019 and 22.07.2019 respectively.

The main grievance of the Petitioner that the other bidders were not complying with the tender condition and were selling pooja articles.

It is most humbly submitted that the Executive Officer will duly visit the shops and ascertain about the grievance of the Petitioner and in case if it is found that the other shops are selling articles other than their tender conditions, the same will be duly removed and action will be taken against the other bidders as per the Tender rules and conditions.

It is most humbly submitted that the representation of the Petitioner will be duly enquird into and reply will be given within a week and in case of any issues due action will be initiated."

The Respondent shall proceed to take further action in accordance with law as undertaken in the aforesaid memo. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
