ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G1) Department, dated 14.08.2009 in the light of the Divisional Bench of this Court in W.A.No.73/2019 dated 26.03.2019 and pay all revised pension and other arrears.

2. The petitioners are the retired Middle School Headmasters and they have filed this petition seeking the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G1) Department, dated 14.08.2009.

3. Mr.P.Gurunathan, the learned Additional Government Pleader, submitted that some of the petitioners themselves have relinquished the post of Headmasters and now they cannot come and claim the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G1) Department, dated 14.08.2009.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 14.08.2009 and pass individual orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
