This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8219 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16106 of 2020 on 24.08.2021 to appear before the respondent police on the first week of every month at 10.30am till filing the charge sheet

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
