Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his Proceedings No.K5/5455/2009, dated 15.7.2009 to quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to allot ramp shop situated in Block No.AL 2 to GL-5 in all 29 shops in the Koyembedu Whole Sale Market Complex, Koyambedu, Chennai to the members of the petitioner Association as per the representation dated 04.08.2010.
