Crl.M.P.No.14919 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.14919 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.16019 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the first petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Egmore Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The second petitioner shall stay at Perambalur and report before the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16019 of 2022 by order dated 11.07.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioners have complied the conditions from 11.07.2022 till 19.08.2022 and thereafter failed to comply the conditions.
4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16019 of 2022 by the order dated 11.07.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
