2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1323 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30782 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024 is relaxed.
