These writ petitions are filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 12.05.2016 and 30.04.2016 respectively made to the respondents with a request to enquire the petitions of the petitioners under Section 28(A) of the L.A. Act, 1894 and to pay the enhanced compensation as awarded by the Hon'ble Subordinate Court, Ponneri with regard to the similarly placed persons and pass order on the same, pursuant to the recommendations made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Na.Ka.No.206/14 dated 12.05.2016 issued by the third respondent herein, within the stipulated time frame granted by this Hon'ble Court.
