The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the lock located at No.2, Reddiyar Street, Seliamedu, Bahour Commune, Puducherry for smooth functioning of the said Rural Health Training Centre to cater the needs of the patients.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. In pursuant to the settlement they have entered in to a memorandum of settlement at Puducherry on 14.02.2017, which is evidenced from the report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, dated 06.03.2017.
3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the present petition needs no further consideration. Hence, the criminal original petition stands closed.
