This petition has been filed for an extension of time to furnish sureties as per the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Crl.OP.No.5591 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition that, due to the illness of the petitioner, he is unable to execute the sureties in time, and considering all other aspects, this Court is inclined to extend the time to execute the sureties.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and further time is extended for one month from today to execute the sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5591 of dated 19.03.2024.
