This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.7(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21825 of 2022 on 09.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police intend to secure the petitioner on foisting some other case.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before The Inspector of Police, Shevapet Police Station, Salem twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
