This petition has been filed for extension of time to execute the sureties and comply the condition imposed him as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15594 of 2024 by order dated 03.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is unable to arrange the surety due to his ill health, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
