Crl.M.P.No.11440 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10644 of 2024 P.DHANABAL,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10644 of 2024 dated 19.06.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Puducherry, would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for more than 45 days and the investigation is already complete.

3. Considering the said submission, considering the investigation is already complete, and considering the petitioner is complying with conditions without fail, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the Karaikal POCSO Court on every first working day of the English Calender month for six (6) months."
