The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner has paid the arrears of property tax in entirety. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents also verified and confirmed the same.

2. In view of the said submissions, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised by the petitioner in this writ petition.
