ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2021 and consequently directing the respondents to issue a separate patta in respect of the property comprised in survey No.187/1 to an extent of 0.19.5 cent, in survey No.187/2 to an extent of 0.79.5 cents and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survey No.187/3 to an extent of 0.22.0 cents situated at Vadakaraithaalanur Village, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram.

2. Heard, Ms.A.Vinupradha learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders to issue a separate patta in respect of the property comprised in survey No.187/1 to an extent of 0.19.5 cent, in survey No.187/2 to an extent of 0.79.5 cents, in survey No.187/3 to an extent of 0.22.0 cents situated at Vadakaraithaalanur Village, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
