O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 27.04.2022 in W.P.No.10292 of 2022, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents Transport Corporation submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied, vide proceedings / compliance report of the respondents in Ref:L3/Cont.P No.1925/2023/LAW-I/TNSTC(CBE)/2023 dated 27.09.2023 and also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. Recording the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is being aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the aforesaid proceedings in the manner known to law.
