This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, without fail imposed in Crl.MP.No.7271 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.4543 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no previous case and further investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
