This Court vide order dated 12.07.2021 disposed of the above Writ Petition. However, in 2nd line of para No.5 and appearance portion of the order dated 12.07.2021, name of the Counsel for the First Respondent has been wrongly mentioned as Mr. C.Johnson instead of Mrs. Veena Suresh.

Registry is directed to carry out the said amendment by correcting the name of the Counsel for the First Respondent in the appearance portion and in 2nd line of Para No.5 of the order dated 12.07.2021 in W.P. No.27099 of 2019 and issue fresh order copy.
