ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner makes a grievance about encroachment made by the sixth private respondent in S.No.61/17 Sluice/Canal leading from East to West bearing Survey No.61/17 Bye Pass, Tiruttani-Tirupathi Road, Tirutani, Tiruvallur District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the site has already been inspected and the representation made by the petitioner on 18.8.2016 will be dealt with in accordance with law within a time bound schedule.

3. We, thus, direct that the representation be disposed of after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of one month of the receipt of the order.
