ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.P.Chandra Sekar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Selvendran, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner submitted application before the respondent to survey and demarcate the property comprised in S.No.107/2B1D, new survey No.107/33 situated at Matharpakkam Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District as per the sale deed dated 16.12.2019.

4. Considering the above, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with law to survey his property comprised in survey No.107/2B1D, new survey No.107/33 situated at Matharpakkam Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District as per the sale deed dated 16.12.2019 registered vide document No.5343 of 2019, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
