This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the revision as against the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P No.4537 of 2024,on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 62 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
