The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 21.06.2024 seeking survey of his property situated in Survey No.202/1B at Ramapattinam village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the above mentioned property under settlement deed dated 13.04.2022. He submitted a representation dated 21.06.2024 to the 2nd respondent seeking survey of the land and fixation of boundaries. The said representation has not been considered till date.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents, submitted that petitioner has not submitted any online application seeking survey of the land. If any such online application is made, the same will be considered in accordance with law within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, he is directed to submit a fresh online application seeking survey of the above mentioned land and pay necessary charges for survey of the property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any such online application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such online application.
