Crl.M.P.No.14452 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18141 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in in Crl.O.P.No.18141 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022, passed by this Court to report before the Committal Court twice daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18141 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Committal Court on every first and third Monday of every Month until further orders. (If Monday is holiday, then the petitioner shall report before the Committal Court on next working day).
