O R D E R

The petitioner filed an interlocutory application for rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 1 CPC vide I.A.No.1 of 2019, on 08.01.2019 and the same is pending for hearing from 19.03.2019 onwards for the purpose of passing orders.

2. A perusal of the adjudication shows that the incumbent Judicial officer was transferred and Regular Judge is on maternity leave. Hence the matter was re-opened on 06.07.2019. Now the learned counsel for the petitioners submit that she is willing to make her arguments and seeks early disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2019.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the learned XIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S. No.4120 of 2014, as expeditiously possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation and direction. No costs.
