This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as learned Metropolitan Magistrate -CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008 instead of learned Judicial Magistrate -I, Poonamalle in Crl.O.P.No. 19823 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.19823 of 2022, dated 23.08.2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
