ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2024 seeking to take action against her son Balaji under the provision of Senior Citizen Protection Act.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint against her own son under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007, alleging that her son is not maintaining her and also had driven out from her house, before the second respondent and it is pending without consideration.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
