Heard Mr.K.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.This Petition has been filed by the Writ Petitioner, praying for extension of time granted to the first respondent to comply with the direction issued in W.P.No.27489 of 2015 dated 14.3.2016.

3.It is stated that the Management has appeared before the first respondent, cross examined the petitioner and the matter is now under progress.

4.Thus, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted by this Court in its order dated 14.03.2016, is extended by a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
