The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 186 days in filing the Criminal appeal against the judgment in STC.No.324 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali.

2. Mr.Om Sai Ram, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
