ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2016 with regard to the illegal and unauthorised usage at Door No.8, Neelakantha Mehta Street, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.K.Raja Shrinivas, learned standing counsel is directed to take notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.A.Nagarajan, learned standing counsel is directed to take notice on behalf of the second respondent.
3. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property situate at Door No.7, Anand Apartments, Neelakantha Mehta Street, Chennai 600 017 and according to him, the third respondent has been running a lodge in the name of OYO Rooms in the ground and first floor adjacent to his building by converting the residential zone into a lodging house unauthorisedly. In this regard, the petitioner is said to have submitted a representation on 3.8.2016 to the respondents seeking to initiate action. As the said representation has not been considered, he is before this Court.
4. It is for the second respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to do the needful in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
