The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 15 days in filing this Criminal Revision against acquittal order dated 19.04.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal in STC.No.995 of 2022.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission as per the seniority.
