This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of their arrest in the crime No. 270 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. This Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner with the conditions but the petitioner failed to comply the conditions. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Further, the respondent police is directed to secure the accused as per manner known to law. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
