This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 291 days in filing the present Review Application.
2. Mr. J.Rajmohan, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that after dismissal of Second Appeal, the counsel has not informed the same to the petitioner and also he has not given any certified copy of judgment passed by this Court. The petitioner came to know about the dismissal only in the month of April 2019 and thereafter, he has filed the Review Application. However, the delay of 291 days arose. Hence, he has filed this petition to condone the delay.
3. Mr.M.Tamizavel, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 appeared and raised his formal objections.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable, this petition is ordered.
