When the petitioner's minor daughter had gone missing from her house, she had given a complaint, which was registered in F.I.R. No.203 of 2025 under the caption "girl missing". Since there was no adequate progress in the investigation to trace the minor girl, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.

2.Today, the 2nd respondent herein had secured the petitioner's minor daughter and produced her before us. When we interacted with the minor girl, she expressed that she is willing to reconcile with her mother and live under her care and protection. Since the petitioner's grievance has been redressed, no further orders are required.

3.The Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly. No costs.
