This petition is filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above revision. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondent police. He has got objection in allowing this petition for the reason that in this case confiscation proceedings already initiated and the petitioner is evading summons in the confiscation proceedings.

4.This objection can be considered at the time of admission. Hence, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
