Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on the claim of the petitioner for payment of compensation to her for acquiring 1940 sq.ft. of vacant land belonging to her in survey No.399 in No.82, Varadharajapuram Village, Kunrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District for the public purpose of laying bye pass road from Vandalur - Poonamallee in the light of representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2021. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on the claim of the petitioner for payment of compensation to her for acquiring 1940 sq.ft. of vacant land belonging to her in survey No.399 in No.82, Varadharajapuram Village, Kunrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District for the public purpose of laying bye pass road from Vandalur - Poonamallee in the light of representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2021.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2021 after giving her opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
