CMP Nos.20888, 20892 and 20893 of 2023 in S.A No.374 of 2022 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

CMP No.20888 of 2025 is filed by the petitioners/proposed appellants 2 to 4 to condone the delay of 140 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the second appeal. CMP No.20892 of 2025 is filed by the petitioners/appellants 2 to 4 to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the second appeal.

CMP No.20893 of 2025 is filed by the petitioners/appellants 2 to 4 to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and array them as appellants 2 to 4 in the second appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that he has no objection in allowing these three petitions.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these three petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the second appeal.

5. Post the second appeal on 16.04.2025.
