Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.61 of 2021 (Minerals) dated 26.10.2021 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to5 to pass orders on the representations of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution, in view of the fact that even after providing an opportunity to the petitioner to pursue the writ petition today, since none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 15.12.2021 and therefore the matter was directed to be listed today, none appeared for the petitioner today.
