The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 384, 506(1), 109 IPC and Section 3 of TN Public Property Prevention of Damage and Loss Act, 1992 in Crime No.203 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Due to a civil dispute, the accused/petitioner has put the blue metal in front of the shop of the de-facto complainant and as the Panchayat President of Mamandoor Village, she has taken the steps and hence, a false complaint has been foisted against her.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the photographs.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that earlier Criminal Original petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 08.08.2023 and he also produced the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

mpl photographs to show that in front of the shop of the de-facto complainant's shop, the accused has placed the building materials.

5. After perusing the photographs produced by both the parties and also the earlier order passed by this Court, I find that there is no change of circumstances and hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
