Executive Engineers (Electrical) from the feeder post of Asst. Engineers (Electrical) and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to fill up the aforesaid four posts of Asst. Executive Engineers from the Engineering Degree Holders of Asst. Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical).
