(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner. We have heard Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Directions are sought to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in the Muthumariamman Temple land to an extent of 71⁄2 acres comprised in S.No.14/12 situated at Sakkilipatti Village.

3. Upon instructions of the Tahsildar, learned State Government Pleader submits that the subject writ land is not a temple land and the same is classified as a Village site - Natham poramboke. A house patta has been granted to the fourth respondent in S.No.14/51 to an

extent of 0.25 sq.m.

4. It is for the petitioner to challenge the patta, if the petitioner is aggrieved.

The writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
