ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the bail condition "the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in Crl.RC.No.2088 of 2025 dated 10.12.2024. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Though the petitioner stated in the affidavit that he is regularly complying with the aforesaid condition imposed on him, this Court finds no reasons to relax the said condition. As such, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
