Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to enter our name in electronic records in respect of our lands in S.No.89/3 an extent of 1.06.5 Hectares of dry lands in Thandiappanur Village and issue computer PATTA/ CHITTA in our name for the above lands situated at Thandiappanur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims that his family owns an extent of 1.06 Hectare of dry lands comprised in S.No.89/3 situated at Thandiappanur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the same and their family members was also issued with assignment patta, dated 09.10.1994 and their names also reflect in the A Register. The petitioner also approached the respondents in the form of representation dated 02.08.2016, for computerized patta and chitta and though it was received and acknowledged, no response is forthcoming and hence, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the third respondent to consider and

dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2016, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned and pass orders, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
